What we are

Aerocity Varanasi is an online marketplace. Sellers, builders, dealers, transporters and exporters post listings; buyers contact them. We are not a party to any sale, lease or trade agreed between users unless we say so in writing.

Listings

• You must own the property or business you list, or be authorised to list it.
• Listing details, prices, photos and approval numbers must be true and current. Approval badges show what you declare.
• We may review, edit for clarity, refuse or remove any listing, including listings that look misleading, duplicate or unlawful.
• Paid plans (from ₹299 a month, Premium ₹499 a month with ad spend extra, and custom plans from ₹999) are confirmed by our team before payment. Fees are for listing and promotion and do not guarantee a sale.
• On the free plan, your number stays hidden and we may charge a custom price for qualified leads, agreed with you first.

Travel, car rental and ticket bookings

• Tours, car rentals and flight or train tickets are booked only after the advance payment is received. For tickets, the full fare plus our service fee is paid before booking.
• If we cannot confirm the service you requested, your advance is refunded in full to the original payment method, normally within 7 working days.
• Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation and refund follow the operator's rules: the airline, Indian Railways or the vehicle owner. Our service fee is non-refundable after booking.
• Per-km and package rates are confirmed by our team before payment. Tolls, parking, state taxes and driver night charges are extra unless stated.

Buyers

• Check UP-RERA registration, VDA sanction, title documents and the seller's identity yourself before paying any token amount.
• Our guides and FAQs are general information, not legal, tax, investment or financial advice.

Not allowed

Fake or misleading listings, listings for land or projects you have no right to sell, spam, scraping the site, or using contact details for anything other than the listing.

Liability

We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee listings posted by users. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from dealings between users.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
